323 Jazz in Westport CT

323 is a friendly neighborhood restaurant serving American cuisine (steaks, burgers, salads & wings) with an array of seafood options. 323 not only serves excellent food, they also host regular jazz nights.

They use local produce as seasonally available. 323’s lounge has the largest flat-screen TV in Westport, making them the perfect spot for watching your favorite sporting events. Their gorgeous U-shaped bar is carved from exotic Moabi pear wood. They occupy the 1884-built building known as the Thomas R. Lees House, 323 Main St. At one time, it was an onion barn.

They are honored to have received a historical plaque from Westport’s Historical Society. 323 offers a formal dining room and casual lounge seating for any kind of event.

A fun fact about 323 restaurant in Westport, is that on Wednesdays they host jazz nights! This venue hosts special music events regularly. They also have weekly Thursday night concerts bring the most exciting jazz artists from the NYC/Tristate area.

For almost three years 323 has been THE HOME FOR JAZZ in the Westport area. Their fans are totally committed to preserving this music, and have created JazzFC, a not for profit dedicated to bringing the music to diverse audiences in their area. The fans also pooled their resources and acquired the historic 1937 Steinway piano, used by the greatest jazz pianists of the 20th century at New York’s famed Village Gate nightclub.
