This month, we are especially looking forward to Warren Byrd’s performance at The Buttonwood Tree, on Friday, April 18th at 8 p.m.  This pianist/vocalist/composer has been a jazz aficionado since age 4, when he found his voice in the church choir.  Instantly interested in genres such as big band jazz, and bebop jazz, Byrd began cultivating his own personal musical compositions around ages 9-11.  This musical prodigy is a Hartford, CT native with musical roots that extend throughout New England.
