Introduction To Doug Jones

Doug Jones of the Doug Jones Group fashions smooth jazz into delicate pieces of sound.  The construction of his compositions are layered and colorful, played with heartfelt timing.  Originally from Connecticut, Jones has been a notable figure in the jazz community for over thirty years.  In his career, Jones has played with Tower of Power, Marion Meadows, Bob Baldwin, Paul Butterfield, Robert Cray, Pat Benatar, The Outlaws and Van Morrison.
